Dr. Priti S. Gujar is a highly accomplished, dual board-certified physician in Family Medicine and Geriatric Medicine with over two decades of extensive clinical, academic, and administrative leadership experience. As a Certified Medical Director (CMD) and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians (FAAFP), she offers an exceptionally diverse and multidisciplinary perspective to elder care, long-term care operations, and healthcare litigation.
Throughout her distinguished career, Dr. Gujar has served as the Medical Director for multiple skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living facilities, including Clover Meadows Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Lawrence Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, and The Terraces at Lawrence. Her executive background provides her with deep expertise in regulatory compliance, facility policies, and the complex standards of care required for elderly and medically vulnerable patients. Additionally, her work as a medical expert for independent law firms ensures objective, evidence-based litigation consulting and medical record reviews.
Dr. Gujar completed her residency training at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, followed by a specialized fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at Temple University Hospital. Dedicated to fostering the next generation of medical professionals, she has held multiple faculty appointments, serving as a Geriatric Medicine Instructor for the internal medicine residency program at Capital Health System and a faculty physician at Hunterdon Medical Center.
Currently licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Dr. Gujar operates as a solo practitioner at Geriatric Treatment Resources LLC, while actively contributing to state and national medical associations—including the American Geriatric Society and the American Medical Directors Association.
