Jared Bane is the founder and principal of Expert Consulting Services and a third-generation Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Massachusetts, with more than 15 years running skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care operations. He founded the firm in 2020 as True Review, LLC.

As Executive Director of the J & S Brudnick Center for Living in Peabody, a 144-bed, five-star CMS-rated facility with roughly $19 million in revenue and more than 300 employees, he led the facility through COVID-19, opened COVID-19 recovery units, and scored 28 out of 28 on the Department of Public Health's COVID-19 infection control audit. Before that he ran Life Care Center of the North Shore in Lynn, a 123-bed facility, where he built a 41-bed sub-acute unit and a pulmonary rehabilitation program and maintained Joint Commission accreditation. Earlier, with Kindred Healthcare, he operated facilities across Massachusetts, including Blue Hills Alzheimer's in Stoughton, and he has led The Residence at Vinnin Square, an 88-apartment assisted living and memory care community, with full compliance with the Executive Office of Elder Affairs.

He holds an Executive MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. At ECS he screens every inquiry personally and matches each case to the right expert on the panel.
