How Expert Consulting Services, LLC handles information submitted through this website. Effective September 25, 2026.

What we collect

When you submit the case screening form or the panel application, we receive what you enter: typically your name, email, phone, firm, role, and details about a case or your professional background. We also record the page you submitted from and the first page you visited on this site, so we know which information was useful.

Please do not include protected health information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal data in the form. Case records are exchanged separately once an engagement is discussed.

How we use it

We use your submission to respond to you, match experts to your matter, and keep a record of the inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

This website runs on Cloudflare. Form submissions are stored in ECS's Cloudflare account and emailed to ECS through Cloudflare's email service. If you email or call us directly, your message is handled through our business email and phone providers.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. The site keeps a note of your first page in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email [email protected] or call 617-870-1225.

Submitting a form does not create an attorney-client or expert engagement relationship.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above will change with it.
